How it works

Get a loan in 4 simple steps

Checking eligibility is a preliminary step only. The lender decides after verification, and approval is never guaranteed.

  1. Step 1: Check eligibility

Answer six quick questions about your age, location, work and income. No documents and no credit check.

  2. Step 2: Complete your application

Verify your mobile, add your details and choose an amount. Progress saves after every step, so you can finish later.

  3. Step 3: Verify & review your offer

The lender verifies your identity, income and credit history. If approved, you'll get a Key Facts Statement with every term.

  4. Step 4: Accept only if it suits you

Accept the disclosed terms if they're right for you. The lender pays your own bank account, and a cooling-off period applies.

Who can apply?
The product is designed for salaried individuals living in India who receive their salary into a bank account in their own name. The exact age, income and other criteria are set by the regulated lender — you can see the current preliminary criteria on our Eligibility page.
Does passing the eligibility check mean I'm approved?
No. The eligibility check only compares your answers with the lender's disclosed preliminary criteria. The lender makes the final decision after verifying your identity, income and credit history. Approval is never guaranteed.
What documents do I need?
Your PAN, your most recent salary slip, and — only if the lender asks — your salary account statement or an address proof. You'll see exactly what's required, and why, before you upload anything. Aadhaar is not required by default.
What is APR and why is it higher than the interest rate?
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the total yearly cost of the loan, including interest and fees such as the processing fee and GST. Because the fee is deducted from the amount you receive but you repay the full principal, the APR is higher than the interest rate alone. Comparing APRs is the fairest way to compare loans.
How long does a decision take?
It depends on how quickly your details can be verified by the lender. You can track every stage in your dashboard, and we'll tell you as soon as the lender updates your application. We don't promise instant approval or instant money.
When do I repay?
The product is repaid in a single payment at the end of the term. Example terms shown here are 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 days. Your exact due date is fixed in your Key Facts Statement and shown in your dashboard, counted from the day the money is paid to you.
Can I cancel the loan after I receive the money?
Yes. During the cooling-off (look-up) period stated in your KFS, you can exit the loan by repaying the principal and the proportionate cost (APR) for the days you held the money, with no penalty. You can start this from your dashboard.
