Who can apply?
The product is designed for salaried individuals living in India who receive their salary into a bank account in their own name. The exact age, income and other criteria are set by the regulated lender — you can see the current preliminary criteria on our Eligibility page.
Does passing the eligibility check mean I'm approved?
No. The eligibility check only compares your answers with the lender's disclosed preliminary criteria. The lender makes the final decision after verifying your identity, income and credit history. Approval is never guaranteed.
Does the eligibility check affect my credit score?
The eligibility checker on this website doesn't contact any credit bureau. If you submit a full application, the lender will request your credit report with your consent, and that enquiry may be recorded by the credit bureau.
What documents do I need?
Your PAN, your most recent salary slip, and — only if the lender asks — your salary account statement or an address proof. You'll see exactly what's required, and why, before you upload anything. Aadhaar is not required by default.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB each. Photos must be clear and show the whole document. Password-protected or interactive PDFs can't be accepted.
How are my documents protected?
Documents are encrypted when stored, are never available on a public link, and can only be downloaded by you after signing in, or by the lender for verification. Every access is logged.
What is APR and why is it higher than the interest rate?
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is the total yearly cost of the loan, including interest and fees such as the processing fee and GST. Because the fee is deducted from the amount you receive but you repay the full principal, the APR is higher than the interest rate alone. Comparing APRs is the fairest way to compare loans.
Is there a processing fee?
Yes, a one-time processing fee plus GST applies. It is deducted from the loan before the money is paid to your bank account, so you receive slightly less than the loan amount. The exact amount is shown in the calculator and in your Key Facts Statement.
What is a Key Facts Statement (KFS)?
A short, standardised summary of your loan — amount, interest, all fees, APR, repayment schedule, penal charges, cooling-off period and complaint contacts. The lender gives it to you before you accept an offer, so you can review and compare before committing.
How long does a decision take?
It depends on how quickly your details can be verified by the lender. You can track every stage in your dashboard, and we'll tell you as soon as the lender updates your application. We don't promise instant approval or instant money.
Can I save my application and finish later?
Yes. Each step is saved securely as you go. Sign in with your mobile number at any time and you'll continue from where you left off.
How do I track my application?
Sign in and open your dashboard. You'll see the current status, any actions the lender needs from you, your documents and, if one is made, your loan offer.
What happens if my application is not approved?
You'll see the decision in your dashboard along with any reason the lender is able to share. It's not a judgement of you as a person, and you can contact us if you have questions or believe a mistake was made.
When do I repay?
The product is repaid in a single payment at the end of the term. Example terms shown here are 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 days. Your exact due date is fixed in your Key Facts Statement and shown in your dashboard, counted from the day the money is paid to you.
Can I repay early?
Prepayment terms are set by the lender and shown in your Key Facts Statement. Interest is calculated for the days you actually hold the money where the lender's policy allows it.
What if I can't pay on time?
Please contact us before your due date — we'll explain your options. Late payment can lead to penal charges as disclosed in your KFS and may be reported to credit bureaus, which can affect your ability to borrow in future. We will never threaten, shame or contact your family, friends or employer.
Can I cancel the loan after I receive the money?
Yes. During the cooling-off (look-up) period stated in your KFS, you can exit the loan by repaying the principal and the proportionate cost (APR) for the days you held the money, with no penalty. You can start this from your dashboard.
My payment failed but money left my account. What now?
Failed payments are usually reversed by your bank automatically within a few working days. Your dashboard only shows a payment as complete once the lender has confirmed it. If the amount isn't reversed, raise a request with your transaction reference and we'll investigate with the lender.
How do I make a repayment?
Use the lender-authorised payment options shown on your Repayments page. Repayments go directly to the lender's bank account. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account, or ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN or OTP.
How do I make a complaint?
Use the complaint form on our Grievance Redressal page or in your dashboard. You'll receive a reference number immediately. If your complaint isn't resolved within 30 days, or you're unhappy with the response, you can escalate to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman via the RBI Complaint Management System.
How is my personal data used?
Only to process your application and service your loan, with your consent, and as required by law. We don't access your contacts, call logs, photos or files, and we don't sell your data. Our Privacy Policy lists every partner that receives your information and why.
Can I see, correct or delete my data?
Yes. Raise a privacy request from your dashboard settings. Some records must be kept for a period required by law (for example KYC and loan records) — we'll explain what can and can't be deleted.
How do I close my account?
If you have no active loan, raise an account closure request from your dashboard settings. We'll confirm when it's done and tell you about any records we're legally required to keep.

The complaint form is switched off in this preview
This is a public preview of Enjoy the Credit. Applications are saved for demonstration only and are not sent to any lender, and the complaint form is switched off. Everything else — the calculator, eligibility check and product information — works normally.
