- Your due date and amount are in your KFS and dashboard. Due dates are calendar dates in Indian Standard Time.
- Repay using the lender-authorised options on the Repayments page. Payments go directly to the lender's bank account.
- A payment is shown as complete only after the lender confirms it; you receive a receipt.
- If you can't pay on time, contact us before the due date. Late payment may attract penal charges as disclosed in the KFS and may be reported to credit bureaus.
- Collection communication is respectful and lawful, and only via approved channels.
